Click here to get quotes and then answer the questions on our interactive form to tell building surveyors what you need doing. Once you’ve submitted your details we’ll match you with relevant surveyors that will review your requirements and get in touch to provide a quote. Your contact details are only ever available to a maximum of six surveyors, they are not made public.
In order to provide a quote building surveyors need your contact details including your phone number. Some quotes are shown instantly online after you submit your requirements, but if an individual surveyor is unable to provide an instant quote they will follow up by email or phone. Up to six surveyors will contact you to provide a quote, no more. Sometimes they may be able to provide a quote over the phone or by email but often they will require a visit. It depends on the scale of the work to be undertaken and the individual surveyors involved.
First you need to submit your requirements specifying which type of survey you need, your postcode and time frame. Then your requirements are filtered so only relevant surveyors that are capable and available to do the work can see your details. If a surveyor wants to quote on your job they will contact you. A maximum of six surveyors will contact you to quote.
A maximum of six. If not enough surveyors are interested in your job then less than six will contact you.
Our service is completely free to use. We will never ask you for money. The only payment you need to make is directly to the building surveyor for the work that they do if you hire them.
After you submit your requirements we filter local surveyors that have the capability to meet your needs. Then up to six building surveyors that would like to contact you pay a small fee in order to see your contact details and provide a quote. If you are happy with one of their quotes and the service they are offering then you may choose to hire one.
For most surveyors a quote will appear instantly after you submit the form. However if an individual surveyor is unable to provide an instant quote they will follow up by email or phone not long after.
We search our network for you, meaning you don’t have to waste time phoning around. Only building surveyors interested in your work will get in touch, making finding the right surveyor much more efficient. We also help you compare different quotes so you can save money.
